We’re sharing a brand-new mooncake recipe with you today in time for the Mid-Autumn Festival! This one is a little out of the ordinary. We’re baking mooncakes with pecan pie!
All of you who think you don’t like mooncakes or who want to attempt preparing them for the first time should try this recipe. In addition to being deliciously autumnal and well-known, these mooncakes are also the simplest to make of all of our recipes.

We characterize it as being almost like a Chinese Thanksgiving: a time to savor wonderful food, celebrate the harvest, and reunite with loved ones. Typically, it takes place in September.
